 The OEM cosmetic manufacturing process begins with client inquiry and requirement gathering, where the brand defines product needs. This is followed by formula selection or custom development to create the desired cosmetic base. After the formula is set, sample making and client approval ensure the product matches expectations. Once approved, raw material procurement takes place, leading to production planning. The core manufacturing stage is batch production, which includes emulsifying, filling, and packaging. Immediately after production, quality control testing is conducted. If the batch passes QC, it moves to labeling and final packaging; if it fails, the batch is either reworked or disposed of. Approved finished goods go to warehouse storage, then to shipping and logistics for delivery. The final step is after-sales service,  which handles feedback and any post-delivery issues.
